3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service only for lawful B2B marketing purposes
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Not send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading emails
• Honor opt-out requests from email recipients promptly
• Not use the service to harass or harm others

4. Email Sending Guidelines

When using our email features, you must:

• Only contact businesses (B2B), not individual consumers
• Identify yourself clearly in all communications
• Include a valid physical address or contact information
• Process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• Not exceed reasonable sending volumes

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your campaign data and content. We retain ownership of the LeadGen Pro platform, including all software, designs, and features.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarktValue is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
